Cashback method
Details will be reflected in the cashback transaction history for each account number within the day following the transaction
(cashback withdrawal requests can be made within the day following the transaction).
Transactions ineligible for cashback:

→ Positions held for less than 1 minute are not eligible for cashback.
▪︎Terms and conditions for using bonuses
→ Transactions in which cash was partially used and which resulted in a stop-loss order being triggered due to the account balance falling below zero are not eligible.
▪︎Terms and conditions when a zero-cut occurs
→ If your account balance falls below zero and a stop-loss is triggered, you are not eligible for a zero-cut.

- Click the Account Management tab in the menu
- Select Errante from the vendor name dropdown menu.
- Enter the account number you opened with Errante.
- Press the Add button
- If there are no problems with the procedure, the status will be updated to approved within one business day, and you will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address.
If there are any issues, we will notify you by email, so please follow the instructions in the email to complete the additional procedure.

Customers who wish to change their IB linkage should send an email to Errante's customer support (support@errante.com) stating that they "wish to change their linkage to MoneyCharger."
Please be sure to send the email from the email address registered with Errante. -
