    3. A verification email will be sent to the email address you entered. Clicking the "Verify" button in the email will complete the "Moneycha User Registration" process
    • If you do not receive the email, please check that the email address you entered is correct and that it hasn't been delivered to your spam folder

  2. Open a new FX account

    By clicking the button below and proceeding with the new account creation process on the displayed screen, you can open an account linked to MoneyChat

  3. FX account registration application

    1. To log in to your Money Charger My Page,
      please access the link below, enter your registered email address and password, and click the "Login" button.

    2. Add a cashback account in the account management screen
      • Click the Account Management tab in the menu
      • Select Bitget from the vendor name dropdown menu.
      • Enter the Bitget you opened in the account number field.
      • Press the Add button
    • If there are no problems with the procedure, the status will be updated to approved within one business day, and you will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address.
      If there are any issues, we will notify you by email, so please follow the instructions in the email to complete the additional procedure.

    • Registration is required only if you are using MoneyChat for the first time. If you have already registered with MoneyChat, please proceed to the Add Account Opening

  2. Open an additional account

    If you wish to switch your Bitget IB to MoneyChat, you will need to use the whitelisting system to transfer your Know Your Customer (KYC) information from your current account to your new account.

    Please note that this procedure is only available to users with VIP level 0.

    *Users with VIP level 1 or higher cannot apply for whitelisting.
    In that case, you will need to delete your account and wait 30 days before you can reapply for KYC with the same information.


    [Procedure for users with VIP level 0]

    1. Delete your current Bitget account.

    2. Register a new Bitget account using the MoneyChat account opening link.
    *Do not perform KYC at this stage.

    3. Contact MoneyChat support with the UID of your old account and the UID of your new account.

    4. Bitget will apply for whitelisting.

    5. After receiving notification from MoneyChat support that the whitelisting application is complete,
    perform KYC using the information you previously used.
