This article explains how to open an additional account (or transfer an account) with Exness

Opening an additional account (or transferring) with Exness falls into two categories

1. Those who opened an Exness account through MoneyChat's IB link
2. Those who opened an Exness account through a link other than Manecha's IB link

If you are using Pattern ①, you already have an account linked to MoneyChat, so you can create an additional account by completing the procedure on your My Page

You can easily open an additional account in just two steps

• Step 1: Log in to your Exness My Page
• Step 2: Open an additional trading account

For those using Pattern ②, we recommend opening an Exness account through MoneyChat using a new email address.

If you wish to continue using your current Exness account, you will need to link your account to MoneyChat

There are roughly three steps to adding an account (or switching accounts)

• Step 1: Submit a request to Exness to change your partner's account
• Step 2: Log in to your Exness My Page
• Step 3: Open an additional trading account

*Trading accounts you have already created cannot be used with MoneyChat even if you change partners. Please use the newly added trading account

*The above procedure is time-consuming and requires effort, so we recommend opening an account through MoneyChat using a new email address

Let 's start by reviewing the procedure for adding an account using Pattern 1

Step 1: Log in to your Exness My Page

① Click the link below to go to the Exness homepage

② Tap the "Menu Bar"

③ Tap "Sign In"

④ Enter your login information and tap "Login"

• Registered email address: Enter your registered email address
• Password: Enter the password (confirmed in the registration confirmation email)

Step 2: Open an additional trading account

Next, we will obtain the trading account information for Exness, which will be registered with Money Charger, an overseas forex cashback site

① Tap "Open a New Account" on My Page

Once you log in to your Exness My Page,

Tap "Open a New Account" on the initial screen

② Select "Standard Account"

Tap "Open a Trading Account" for the Standard Account

③ Enter the required account information

Please enter the following information correctly

• Account type: Select "Regular Trading Account"
• Trading platform: If you don't have a particular preference, choose "MT4"
• Maximum leverage: If you have no particular preference, select "1:2000"
• Currency: If you have no particular preference, select "JPY - Japanese Yen"
• Account Nickname: Enter a nickname for the trading account you are creating (optional)

④ Setting your "Login Password"

Next, enter your account password and tap the "Open Account" button

• Your "account password" is absolutely necessary when logging into your MT4/5 trading account, so be sure to write it down so you don't forget it

⑤ Confirm the opened trading account

Once your trading account has been successfully opened, a message will appear at the top of the screen stating, "Trading account ●●●●● has been successfully opened."

*If the information for the account you opened is added to "My Account," then your trading account has been opened

Obtaining trading account information

Next, we will obtain the trading account information for Exness, which will be registered with Money Charger, an overseas forex cashback site

① Log in to your Exness My Page

② Open the settings menu for the account you want to check

After logging into your Exness My Page,

In "My Account," tap the "Settings menu (gear icon)" for the trading account you want to check

③ Open "Account Information"

A submenu will appear, so tap "Account Information"

④ Obtain "account information"

When you open your account information, your trading account server and MT4/MT5 login ID information will be displayed

• The "MT4/MT5 Login" field will be used to register your account number with MoneyChat

Step 1: Send a partner change request email

① Send an application to Exness support email

Please send the following format to "support@exness.com"

• Subject: Partner Change Request
  1, Trading Account Number: Enter your trading account number.
• 2. Partner ID (number): Enter 1043067486508972234
• 3. Personal Identification Number (formerly known as Phone Password): *If you do not know your Personal Identification Number (formerly known as Phone Password),
• Instead, please provide information on both of the following two points
• A. The last four digits of your registered phone number:
• B. Final payment date: *If payment has not yet been made, please write "No payment received"
•  *You can also check your transaction history ID for deposits and withdrawals on the website yourself
• After logging into your personal area from our website, select either "All Accounts" or the relevant account from the "Transaction History" tab on the left

② Check the reply you received from Exness support

After submitting your application email, you will receive an email from ExnessSupport; please open it

③ Open the link in the email

Open the official Exness website using the link provided below "Please sign in using this link."

Step 2: Submit a partner change request from My Page

① Open the menu bar in the upper left corner

Once the official Exness website opens, tap the menu in the upper left corner

② Tap Sign In

③ Enter your login information

• Registered email address: Enter your registered email address
• Password: Enter the password (confirmed in the registration confirmation email)

④ Tap the menu bar on My Page

After logging into your My Page, open the menu bar in the upper left corner

⑤ Tap the fields for username and email address

Tap the section at the top of the menu that displays your "Username" and "Email Address"

⑥ Tap "Settings"

⑦ Scroll down to the bottom of the profile screen

⑧ Enter "Change Partner"

Please enter the following information in each field

• Reason for changing partners: Please feel free to choose
• Please enter the new partner's partner account number: " 1043067486508972234
• Please enter the URL of the website where you found your partner: "https://money-charger.com"
• Comments: No comment is necessary

Once you have finished entering the information, please tap "Submit"

⑨ Perform phone number verification

When you press the "Submit" button, an authentication code will be sent to your registered phone number for identity verification

Please enter the verification code you received and tap the "Confirm" button

⑩Application completed

This completes the partner application process

You will receive an email from Exness within approximately 3 business days confirming the completion of your partner change

At that point, your account will be able to create an account linked to MoneyChat

Since your existing trading account is not linked to MoneyChat, please log in to your My Page and add an account
