### How to change leverage
Leverage can be changed through the customer portal. You select your leverage when opening your account, and if you wish to change it later, you can apply through the account settings on your My Page
### Important Notes
– **Zero Cut Policy**: No margin calls. If your account balance goes negative, it will be automatically reset to zero.
– **Leverage Restrictions Based on Account Balance**: Leverage may be restricted for balances of $50,000 or more.
– **During Important Economic Indicator Announcements**: Leverage may be temporarily restricted before and after the announcement of important economic indicators.
– **Stop-Loss Level**: A stop-loss order will be triggered when the margin maintenance ratio reaches 25%.
