Precautions	This newsletter includes a note stating that it is "only for customers residing in Japan." Technically, this means that customers residing outside of Japan who registered after August 4th are ineligible for the campaign. However, those who registered before that date can participate even with trading accounts outside of Japan. The campaign participation button will not be displayed in the client cabinet of ineligible customers, so that will be the criterion for determining eligibility.
