1. The following terms and conditions are legally binding. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions

2. To participate in this promotion, you must click the "Participate in Promotion" button on the client portal before making a payment

3. Credit bonuses are issued for deposits of US$50 or more

4. Eligible customers will receive a credit bonus based on the following conditions:
a. A credit bonus of 100% of the initial deposit, up to a maximum of $1,000 (¥150,000)
b. 20% of subsequent deposits

"Initial deposit" refers to the first amount deposited into your STARTRADER account after the account is opened

"Subsequent deposits" refers to all deposits made after the initial deposit, or the portion of the initial deposit exceeding $1,000 (¥150,000)

The following are examples of credit bonuses based on the initial deposit amount (FTD)

5. Eligible customers will have the bonus automatically credited to their trading account

6. The credit amount is limited to a maximum of US$20,000 per eligible customer at any time during this promotion

7. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, referral/partner rebates or any type of fee will not be considered new deposits and will therefore not be eligible for this promotion

8. Credit amounts cannot be withdrawn. Earned profits are reflected in the account value. Similarly, losses incurred are deducted from the account value. Profits generated from using bonuses can be withdrawn according to our withdrawal procedures

9. If a customer chooses to withdraw some or all of an internal transfer/deposit, or to withdraw profits, some or all of the corresponding trading credits will be deducted from the account. STARTRADER retains the right to credit bonuses. If a customer still holds positions at the time of bonus removal, ensure that they have sufficient funds to avoid liquidation

10. If credit balance is used when opening a position, the trading volume from those trades will be used solely for bonus calculation purposes

11. Bonuses can be used to hedge against losses

12. This promotion can be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions

13. Customers are obligated to maintain a sufficient margin level during the promotion period. STARTRADER may not notify if capital/credit falls below 120%. Withdrawals or bonus cancellations may reduce the margin on the position, and liquidation may occur due to insufficient margin. Customers should carefully consider their risk tolerance level and financial situation before making a withdrawal request

14. During the promotion period, STARTRADER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke the participation of any participant found to be in a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, revoke their eligibility, deduct any fraudulently obtained promotional benefits, or terminate any business relationship with that participant

Inappropriate or malicious business practices include, but are not limited to, the following:

i. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address with the intent to misuse promotions
ii. Arbitrage trading using multiple accounts within STARTRADER or between other brokers
iii. Use of strategies that undermine the integrity of the platform, such as scalping, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, or malicious hedging
iv. Making unusually large or unbalanced trades at specific times without a valid trading rationale
v. Reproducing similar trades across multiple accounts with the intent to artificially increase exposure
vi. Concentrating trades on specific products to create abnormal risk conditions
vii. In bonus-related promotions, strategies such as allocating more than 70% of trading volume to a single product or maintaining positions in the same direction at all times
viiii. Other actions that constitute a breach of the STARTRADER client agreement (including default events or actions that can be reasonably defined as suspicious trading activity)

STARTRADER reserves the right to determine whether fraudulent activity has occurred. However, we strive to conduct fair and reasonable evaluations and will provide general explanations whenever possible if we revoke benefits or disqualify an account

To protect the security of our platform and the confidentiality of our clients' information, we cannot disclose the detailed methodologies or internal risk detection systems used in these assessments. In the event of a dispute, please contact STARTRADER support to resolve it

Furthermore, clients are expected to treat all communications with respect and courtesy. While STARTRADER respects clients' right to share their opinions and experiences, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including legal action, as necessary, if our reputation is damaged by defamation or clearly false statements

15. If your balance goes negative during the promotion, the bonus will be used to offset the loss due to the negative balance. If the negative balance exceeds US$1,000, STARTRADER reserves the right to refuse your request to resolve the negative balance

16. STARTRADER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice

17. This translation of these Terms of Use is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancies or differences between the two versions, the English version shall prevail
