1. Overview 1.1. Errante Securities (Seychelles) Limited (hereinafter "Errante" or "we") operates under the trading name Errante and is a securities dealer licensee regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. Its license number is SD038. 1.2. The "Account Opening Bonus Terms and Conditions" (hereinafter "these Terms") are part of the Customer Terms and Conditions and are treated as an appendix to the Customer Terms and Conditions. 2. Eligibility Requirements 2.1. Subject to and without prejudice to all other Errante Customer Terms and Conditions, this promotion is offered to our customers (hereinafter "Eligible Customers") who meet the eligibility requirements for the promotion set forth in the following sections . 2.2. This promotion may be offered periodically by us to customers who have newly opened an actual trading account. This may include customers referred to us through certain websites or social networking sites , and may also be offered in connection with certain promotions or surveys conducted by us on these websites or social networking sites . 2.3. We may , at our discretion, offer this promotion to customers and/or countries/regions that we deem appropriate . We may also continue to offer it for as long as we decide to do so. 2.4. Only those who can enter into a legally binding contract in accordance with the law may participate in this promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, persons under 18 years of age or below the legal age in their country of residence (hereinafter referred to as "minors") may not participate in this promotion. If you are a minor, you may not participate in this promotion or open an account with us. 2.5. In order for the account opening bonus to be credited to your trading account, eligible customers must have their identity fully verified by Errante . 2.6. Participation in this promotion by "intermediaries/related parties" is prohibited. If the registration information and/or trading data of a participant in this promotion matches the registration information and/or trading information (including but not limited to IP addresses) of another participant in this promotion , we reserve the right to consider such match as grounds for immediate disqualification . For this purpose, the term “Intermediary/Related Party” in these Terms of Use includes, but is not limited to, any individual or entity that has a relationship with a participant in the promotion, unless otherwise specified in the context . Specific Bonus Promotion Conditions 3.1. Eligible customers who meet the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Eligible Customers”) may receive the following bonus promotions (hereinafter “Account Opening Bonus” or “the Promotion”). 3.1.1. We offer 7,000 JPY (7,000 Japanese Yen) or the equivalent amount in currency as an account opening bonus . 3.1.2. In order to activate this promotion and reflect the account opening bonus in your account, all eligible customers must successfully complete the email verification process through the client portal area and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. 3.1.3. This promotion is only available on the MT5 trading platform. 3.1.4. Once your identity verification is complete, please open an account by selecting the "MT5 Account for Account Opening Bonus" . Please note that the maximum leverage for this account is 200x. 3.1.5. Customers must activate their account within 30 days of opening it. If the bonus is not activated within 30 days , or if no trades are made within the period, the account balance will be reset to zero.

A minimum of 3 lots of round-trip trades are made in the applicable live trading account. 3.5.2. The position is held for a minimum of 5 minutes. 3.5.3. You must be trading in at least three different instruments. 3.5.4. The total amount of withdrawable profits is capped at 7,000 yen (7,000 Japanese yen) or its equivalent value in other currencies, regardless of the total profits earned from trading . 3.6. The number of lots traded and the number of round-trip trades can be viewed by logging into the "Trading History" tab in your account or by logging into the client portal area. 3.7. Account opening bonuses applied to the actual accounts of eligible customers cannot be transferred between the company's live trading accounts in accordance with the rules set forth herein. 3.8. Profits earned from trading using the account opening bonus can only be withdrawn according to our normal withdrawal procedures if all the conditions in Sections 3.5 and 3.6 above are met. The account opening bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. The maximum amount of withdrawable profits in this promotion is 7,000 yen (or its equivalent value in other currencies).

3.9. No IB commissions or rebates will be generated from trades made under this promotion. 3.10. The account opening bonus will be awarded only once per eligible customer. In the event that multiple account opening bonuses are awarded and used due to duplicate applications or registrations by the same customer , or due to system errors, we reserve the right to invalidate and cancel the bonus and any profits obtained using that bonus . 3.11. Trading using Expert Advisors (EAs) or other automated trading software is strictly prohibited during this promotion period . If the use of an EA is confirmed, we reserve the right to freeze the account and invalidate the account opening bonus and any profits associated with it. 4. General Provisions 4.1. This account opening bonus is valid for 30 days from the date the trading account is opened. If the eligible customer does not claim the bonus within that period , the bonus will become invalid. 4.2. Please note that it may take up to one business day for the bonus to be credited to the account of an eligible customer who meets all the criteria set forth in these terms and conditions . 4.3. The account opening bonus is non-transferable. 4.4. In the case of inter-account fund transfers, if funds are transferred between Errante trading accounts, any trading bonus previously granted to the sending account will be transferred to the receiving account in proportion to the transferred balance. No new trading bonus will be granted to the receiving account during inter -account fund transfers. Furthermore, if the receiving account is not eligible for a trading bonus, the amount of the trading bonus deducted from the sending account will not be granted to the receiving account, and therefore that portion of the trading bonus will be invalid. 4.5. Account opening bonuses cannot be transferred separately between or from an eligible customer's actual trading accounts in Errante . 4.6. We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to: i. refuse participation in this promotion; ii. disqualify any participant who interferes with or attempts to interfere with the operation of this promotion, or who violates these terms and/or the Client Terms and Conditions set forth on our website.

In such a case, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to close /temporarily or permanently suspend all actual trading accounts of the eligible customer, cancel all orders, and cancel all profits of participants . In such a situation, we shall not be liable for any consequences of the cancellation of the account opening bonus , including but not limited to closing orders by stop-out. 4.12. We reserve the right to cancel or remove any trading bonuses previously credited to a customer's trading account and to cancel any associated trades, profits, or losses if there is any indication or suspicion of arbitrage, abuse, inappropriate trading, fraudulent attempts , manipulation, or the use of trading strategies that show synthetic profits in multiple trading pairs (directional trades), or other deceptive conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, detecting trading patterns that suggest a participant is pursuing financial gain from trading bonuses without a genuine interest in market trading and/or market risk . Furthermore, we reserve the right to exclude any ongoing and/ or future bonuses and promotions. In addition, any rebates, cashbacks, or commissions arising from such suspicious trading activity will be voided for both parties.
