1. Overview
1.1. Errante Securities (Seychelles) Limited (hereinafter "Errante" or "we")
operates under the trading name Errante and
is a securities dealer licensee regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. Its license number is SD038.
1.2. The "Account Opening Bonus Terms and Conditions" (hereinafter "these Terms") are part of the Customer Terms and Conditions
and are treated as an appendix to the Customer Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1. Subject to and without prejudice to all other Errante Customer Terms and Conditions, this promotion

3. Specific Bonus Promotion Conditions

3.7. Account opening bonuses applied to the actual accounts of eligible customers
cannot be transferred between the company's live trading accounts in accordance with the rules set forth herein.
3.8. Profits earned from trading using the account opening bonus can only be withdrawn according to our normal withdrawal procedures if all the conditions in Sections 3.5 and 3.6 above
are met.
The account opening bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. The maximum amount of withdrawable profits in this promotion
is 7,000 yen (or its equivalent value in other currencies).

3.9. No IB commissions or rebates will be generated from trades made under this promotion.
3.10. The account opening bonus will be awarded only once per eligible customer. In the event that multiple account opening bonuses are awarded and used due to duplicate

the right to invalidate and cancel the bonus and any profits obtained using that bonus
Trading using Expert Advisors (EAs) or other automated trading software is strictly prohibited

4. General Provisions

trading account and to cancel any associated trades, profits, or losses if there is

is pursuing financial gain from trading bonuses without a genuine interest in market trading and/or market risk
