My EA (Expert Advisor) is not being authenticated. Why?

The following steps are required for authentication:

Install the EA in MT5, and in Options → Expert Advisors tab, add https://us-central1-money-charger.cloudfunctions.net/api_license_auth to the list of URLs allowed for WebRequest.
