Moneycha User Registration

• Registration is required only if you are using MoneyChat for the first time. If you have already registered with MoneyChat, please proceed to the New Account Opening

1. Access the link below to register for Money Charger:
   https://portal.money-charger.com/register
2. Please enter your name (in Roman letters), email address, and password, then click the "Register" button
3. A verification email will be sent to the email address you entered. Clicking the "Verify" button in the email will complete the "Moneycha User Registration" process

• If you do not receive the email, please check that the email address you entered is correct and that it hasn't been delivered to your spam folder

Open a new FX account

By clicking the button below and proceeding with the new account creation process on the displayed screen, you can open an account linked to MoneyChat

• Please note that if you do not select "Bonus Account" as your account type, you will not be able to receive the bonus
• Please note that cashback will not be provided for accounts opened without clicking the button above
• Products other than foreign exchange and precious metals are not eligible for cashback

FX account registration application

1. To log in to your Money Charger My Page,
   please access the link below, enter your registered email address and password, and click the "Login" button.
   https://portal.money-charger.com/login
2. Add a cashback account in the account management screen
   • Click the Account Management tab in the menu
   • Select Monaxa from the vendor name dropdown menu.
   • Enter the account number of the Monaxa you opened.
   • Press the Add button

• If there are no problems with the procedure, the status will be updated to approved within one business day, and you will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address.
  If there are any issues, we will notify you by email, so please follow the instructions in the email to complete the additional procedure.

Moneycha User Registration

Open an additional account

If you created a VTMarkets account via MoneyChat, you can open an additional account linked to MoneyChat by clicking the button below, logging in from the displayed screen, and then creating an additional account from your My Page

• If you already have a Monaxa account and want to link it to Monaxa Chat (switch accounts), you can change your account to one linked to Monaxa Chat by sending an email with the subject line "Additional Account Opening Request" to the official Monaxa support email address [support.jp@monaxa.com]
• Please include the following three items in your email: ① Your email address registered with Monaxa ② Your name in Roman letters ③ Transfer IB number "43269"
• You can also create an account linked to MoneyChat by creating a new account through MoneyChat
