Account Opening Procedure

Go to Monaxaaccount creation page
First, click the button below to go toMonaxaaccount creation page. When you open the link,Monaxaregistration form will be displayed
*Please note that if you register through a link other than the one provided by Moneycha, you will not be able to receive cashback from Moneycha
Enter your registration information
On the displayed registration form, enter the required information such as your email address, name, and phone number to register withMonaxa, in order from top to bottom
*The email address you register will be used to receive verification emails and log in to your My Page, so please be sure to enter an email address that you can access
Agree to the terms and tap "Continue"
Once you have finished entering your registration information, check the checkboxes to agree to each of the terms and conditions, and then tap the "Continue" button
I have completed the new account opening procedure
Once this screen appears, yourMonaxanew account opening process is complete. Shortly after, you will receive an account opening notification and trading account information at your registered email address
Check your email from Monaxa
You will receive an account verification email fromMonaxato the email address you registered. Tap the link in the email to verify your account
*If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder
Confirmation of account creation completion
Once Monaxascreen appears, your account creation is complete. Next, we will proceed to open a bonus account (FTD-Bonus account)
* To use bonuses withMonaxa, you need to open a bonus account (FTD-Bonus account). Bonuses are not available with other account types
Tap "Bonus" from the menu
After logging into My Page, tap "Bonus" from the menu to proceed to the bonus account opening screen
Tap "FTD Bonus Opt-in"
On the displayed screen, tap "FTD Bonus Opt-in" to begin the bonus account application process
Select any bonus
Please select your desired bonus from the displayed options
Select a platform and base currency
Select your trading platform (MT4/MT5) and base currency. Once you have finished entering the information, tap the "Submit" button
*If you don't have any particular preference, we recommend choosing the versatile "MT4" and "JPY"
Bonus account opening complete
Once this screen appears, your bonus account has been opened. Your account information will be sent to the email address you registered, so please check it
Get your account number and password
Once your trading account is opened, you will receive an email containing the necessary account information (account number and password). Please make a note of this information
Tap "Profile" from the menu
Next, you will obtain the "Customer ID" required to register for a MoneyChat account. From the menu on My Page, tap "Profile" to open the profile screen
Check your "Customer ID"
The "Customer ID" in your profile information is the number you need to register an account with Monaxa. Please make a note of the number displayed in the "Login" section. This completes the opening of yourMonaxaaccount
[Note] Entering your MT4/MT5 account number will not link your account, so please be sure to enter your "Customer ID"

Log in to your MoneyChat My Page
Once your account is opened, log in to your MoneyChat My Page
If you haven't yet registered for a free Manecha account, please complete your registration first
Select "Register Account" from the menu
Open the menu in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Register Account"
Enter your broker and account number on the account registration screen
On the account registration screen in My Page, selectMonaxaas the broker name and enter the trading account number you opened using half-width numerals
If you are using regular discretionary trading or your own Expert Advisor (EA), please select "Standard Account" as your account type
You will be eligible for the cashback after approval from the management
Once your application is approved, the cashback earned for each eligible transaction will be reflected in your MoneyChat My Page
Transactions that have not yet been approved may not be eligible for cashback. Please check that the status is "approved" before making a transaction

Can I open multiple Monaxaaccounts?
The possibility and conditions for opening multiple accounts vary from broker to broker. If you plan to use an additional account, please check the process for receiving cashback through MoneyChat before proceeding
Does Monaxasupport auto-rebates?
