This article explains how to change (switch) your IB (Introducing Broker) linkage with BigBoss
*This page is for those who registered with BigBoss first, then MoneyCharger. It
does not apply to those who registered with BigBoss via a referral link from their MoneyCharger My Page.
(If you registered with BigBoss without using a referral link, these steps are necessary.)
You can easily change (switch) your Internet Gateway (IB) linkage in just 3 steps
- Step 1: Submit your identity verification documents
- Step 2: Apply to open an additional account
- Step 3: Apply for FX account registration from your MoneyCharger My Page

Step 1: Submit your identity verification documents
*If you have already submitted your identity verification documents, you do not need to do this again, so please skip Step 1
① Log in to BigBoss
Log in to BigBoss from
here Enter your registered email address and password.
② Start the procedure for opening an additional account
Next, a screen like the one shown below will appear.
Here, tap the hamburger menu (the menu that looks like three lines) in the upper left corner of the screen.
Then, a pane like the one shown below will open on the left side.
Tap "Open Additional Account" there.
Then, as shown in the image below, a link called "BigBoss Account" will appear below "Open Additional Account," so tap on it
③ Enter additional personal information
A screen like the one shown below will open
Scroll down the page further to enter or select the following additional personal information
- sex
- date of birth
- Nationality (Usually, "Japan" is pre-selected)
- Place of residence (usually "Japan" is pre-selected)
Next, enter the following information below
- Postal code (After entering your postal code, tap "Auto-fill address" to save time entering your address.)
- Prefectures (half-width English letters only)
- City/ward/town/village (alphanumeric characters only)
- Street address, building name, etc. (alphanumeric characters only)
- mobile number
Once you've finished entering the information, tap "Next"
④ Upload your identity verification documents
The next screen will appear. Click the "Select File" link for "Identity Verification Document" and "Address Verification Document" to upload the files.
As indicated on the screen, please note that each document must contain the following information.
◆Identity verification documents
- Face photo
- full name
- date of birth
- date of expiry
◆Address verification documents
- full name
- Current address (including prefecture)
- Publication date
◆Remarks/Special Notes Section:
If there are any changes or required information on the back of your health insurance card, please upload it here.
After uploading your documents, tap "Upload" at the bottom
Once the document upload is complete, a screen like the one below will appear.
The results will be available on the same day or the next business day, so please wait.
You can also check the current review status on the next screen
Once your identity verification documents have been reviewed, you will receive an email like the one below at your registered email address
Thank you for your cooperation.
The identity verification process is now complete.
Step 2: Apply to open an additional account
1. Application for opening an additional account
First, as we did before, log in to your My Page, open the left pane from the hamburger menu, and tap "Open Additional Account"
Next, tap on "BigBoss Account" which opens below
The following page will then open.
The checkboxes are already checked, but please check them if they are unchecked.
Scroll further down the page and enter/select the following information for the additional account you wish to open
- Account currency type
- Trading platform
- Transaction types and leverage
- Enter the following text here: " Please link this to the Money Charger. aid=uatxHGHG
Once you have selected and entered all the information, check the "I agree" box in the "Terms and Conditions" section and tap "Apply for Additional Account"
The following page will open, so please wait for your additional account application to be received
You will receive the following email shortly.
Please save your account number and password carefully.
You can also confirm that an additional account has been opened in the "My Account" section at the bottom of your My Page
This completes the procedure for opening an additional account
Step 3: Apply for FX account registration from your MoneyCharger My Page
1. Go to the MoneyCharger My Page login screen from the link below

2. Click the hamburger menu in the upper left corner
3. Click "Register Account"
4. Enter the required information
Thank you for your hard work. Your application is now complete
If there are no problems with your application within one business day of submission, the status at the bottom of "Account Registration" will change to "Approved"
The IB linking is now complete, and you can start receiving cashback with MoneyCharger
