| When using bonus | When using a bonus, rewards are calculated based on the ratio of cash to bonus balance. Example calculation: Balance = US$1,000 / Credit = US$1,000 → Total Balance US$2,000. Balance ratio = 50%, so 50% of the full reward will be awarded |
| When zero cut occurs | Please check the terms and conditions posted on BigBoss |
| Cashback reflection timing | Details will be reflected in the cashback history for each account number within the day following the transaction. *While you can generally request a cashback withdrawal within the day following the transaction, it may take up to 7 business days from the time the cashback is issued until the withdrawal is processed. Accounts opened through channels other than MoneyChat are not eligible for cashback. Partner changes are not permitted for existing trading accounts |
