Part 1
Opening an HFM account
First, you will need to open an HFM account. Please follow the instructions below and open an account via the dedicated link provided by the button

Go to the HFM account creation page and tap the account creation button

*Please note that if you open an account or register an account through a link other than the one provided by Moneycha, you will not be able to receive cashback from Moneycha

Enter your email address and password
Enter the email address and password you wish to use to register with HFM
*It's a good idea to write down your password on a piece of paper so you don't forget it

Enter the verification code
A verification code will be sent to the email address you registered, so enter the number you received
*If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive it, please register again or contact HFM customer support

Select account type
Details about account types are provided on the previous page, so please choose the one that suits you best. For first-time users, the KATANA account or the Top-Up-Bonus account would be a good choice

Verify your phone number
Select the top option, SMS One-Time Password, and enter the password that was sent to your phone number
*Options include SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, etc. Any option is fine, but a one-time password is quick and convenient

Press Close to proceed
Once this screen appears, phone number verification is complete. Next, you will proceed to the page where you enter detailed personal information such as your address. Click "Close" on the screen to proceed

Select the "Complete Registration" menu
Return to the top page and tap "Complete Registration"

Enter your address and investor profile
Follow the instructions displayed and enter your personal information one field at a time from top to bottom. Enter the information using alphanumeric characters as shown in the image. Once you have entered all the information, press "Continue" to proceed with identity verification

Upload your identity verification documents
Open the menu shown in the image by clicking the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen, and then select "Verify your account."
*Please be sure to verify your account, as you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds without doing so

Check the displayed content and then check the box
Please carefully read the privacy notice and consent to the processing of your personal data, and then check the box

Choose the documents to submit
Select the documents you can submit and proceed to the next step, then upload photos of the selected documents
*If you are using a driver's license, My Number Card, etc., you will need to upload both sides

Submission of proof of residence
Using the same capacity, select the account verification menu from the top left menu and submit your proof of residence documents
Follow the instructions displayed to upload the file, then proceed to the next step

Submit a selfie image
Once you upload your proof of residence, you will proceed directly to identity verification, which you will do using your smartphone's camera

Thank you for your cooperation. Your account opening is now complete. Once HFM has finished reviewing the documents you submitted, you will receive an email from HFM at the email address you registered, similar to the attached email
The email titled "HFM/MT5 Live Account Opened" contains your account information for the trading server, so be sure to save it or make a note of it
Part 2
Register your account from your MoneyChat My Page (required)
If you forget this step, you will not receive the cashback. Be sure to apply from your MoneyChat My Page and confirm that the status has changed to "Approved" before trading

Log in to your MoneyChat My Page
Log in to the MoneyChat page from the login page
Step 2
Select "Register Account" from the menu
Tap the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen to bring up a menu, then select "Register Account" from there
Step 3
Select a broker and enter your account number
A menu like the one shown in the image will appear. Select HFM as the broker name and enter your account number using half-width numerals. For account type, select "Regular Account" if you are doing regular discretionary trading or using your own EA
While there is an option for a dedicated account for MoneyChat EAs, this is only for those who wish to use EAs within MoneyChat's EA menu, so please select "Regular Account"
Step 4
Once approved, it's complete
Once you see this screen, your application is complete.
After submitting your application, if there are no problems with your application details, the status at the bottom of "Account Registration" will change to "Approved" within one business day.
Cashback on your transactions will be reflected from the time the status changes to "Approved".
[Caution] Cashback will not be provided if you trade using an account that has not been approved. Please be aware of this
