Part 1

Open an XS account

First, you will need to open an XS account. Please follow the instructions below and open an account via the dedicated link provided by the button

Go to the XS account creation page

First, click the button below to go to the XS account creation page. When you open the link, the XS registration form will be displayed

*Please note that if you register through a link other than the one provided by Moneycha, you will not be able to receive cashback from Moneycha

Enter your registration information

Enter your registration information, such as the email address and password you want to use for XS, into the displayed registration form

*Please make sure to write down the email address and password you registered, as you will need them to log in to your My Page

Step 3

Enter your PIN code

You will receive an email containing a PIN code at the email address you entered. Please enter that PIN code on the screen

*If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder

Enter your personal information

Next, enter your personal information, such as your name (in Roman letters), date of birth, and address, exactly as it appears on your identification documents

*If your identification documents and entered information do not match, your application may not be approved during subsequent verification

Submit proof of residence

Next, you will submit proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, resident registration certificate, etc.). This completes the profile verification process. Verification can be completed in as little as one day

*Please provide documents issued within the last three months

Check your trading account information

You can check your trading account information by logging into My Page. After confirming your server information, account number, and password, you can log in to your trading account and start trading. Congratulations, your XS account opening is now complete

*This account number will be required when registering your MoneyChat account in Part 2, so please be sure to write it down. Leverage and report delivery can be changed from the default settings

Register your account from your MoneyChat My Page (required)

If you forget this step, you will not receive the cashback. Be sure to apply from your MoneyChat My Page and confirm that the status has changed to "Approved" before trading

Log in to your MoneyChat My Page

Step 2

Select "Register Account" from the menu

Tap the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen to bring up a menu, then select "Register Account" from there

Select a broker and enter your account number

A menu like the one shown in the image will appear. Select XS for the broker name and enter the account number using half-width numerals. For the account type, select "Regular Account" if you are doing regular discretionary trading or using your own EA

While there is an option for a dedicated account for MoneyChat EAs, this is only for those who wish to use EAs within MoneyChat's EA menu, so please select "Regular Account"

XS account opening is complete once it is approved

Once approved, it's complete

Once you see this screen, your application is complete.
After submitting your application, if there are no problems with your application details, the status at the bottom of "Account Registration" will change to "Approved" within one business day.
Cashback on your transactions will be reflected from the time the status changes to "Approved".

[Caution] Cashback will not be provided if you trade using an account that has not been approved. Please be aware of this

How to change the linked information for existing account holders

XS.com does not allow you to change your linked partner once it has been set. If you wish to change, you will need to create a new account

Reasons why you cannot change partners

Official response from XS.com support:

"Once a partner is linked, it is not possible to change to a different partner. However, you can have multiple accounts, so we would appreciate it if you would consider creating a new account from your desired partner link."

→ It is not possible to change the linked information of an existing account. If you wish to switch to using MoneyChat, you will need to create a new account

Enter your email address and phone number according to the instructions above
Upload your identity verification documents to complete the review process
Create a trading account and note down the account number
