Overseas FX Cashback Service - Money Charger

News NOTICE

[Important Notice] Summary of actual trouble cases with overseas forex brokers that have occurred at our company

Our company partners with over 22 overseas forex brokers and engages in daily cashback and IB (Introducing
Broker) exchanges. This allows us to distinguish between good and bad brokers through actual trading.

To be honest, this isn't a pleasant story.
However, to prevent those considering opening an account or those already using our service from experiencing the same problems, we've compiled a factual summary of the troubles we've actually encountered.

⚠️ All information in this article is based on actual cases that our company (Manecha) has confirmed through our own partnerships and transactions. It is not based on rumors or hearsay.
*This information will be updated periodically.

1. VTMarkets

Problems confirmed by our company

  • The previously agreed-upon promotional expenses were not paid
  • IB commission was not paid
  • I lost contact with the person in charge partway through the process (they became unreachable)

Both the campaign prize money and IB commissions were earned only after fulfilling the promised conditions. However
, they were not paid, and I was unable to contact the person in charge to inquire about the situation.

This company was difficult to deal with not only because we didn't receive what we were entitled to, but also because we couldn't even communicate with them in the first place

2. StarTrader

Problems confirmed by our company

  • The partnership was terminated because the customer won too much
  • The IB link for a customer introduced by our company was removed without permission
  • My profits were refused

The last thing a trader wants is this "if you win, you're cut off and unable to withdraw" scenario.
Normally, brokers handle wins and losses dispassionately, but in this case, a series of wins led to the termination of the partnership, the unlinking of IBs (Introducing Brokers) to customers introduced by our company, and the refusal of withdrawals.

If the broker arbitrarily removes the link to a customer you've referred, you'll lose all the referral achievements you've built up and the commission you would have received. This is a
broker you should be cautious of, as the outcome can be overturned by factors unrelated to your actual trading ability.

3. ECMarkets

Problems confirmed by our company

  • IB commission was not paid

IB commissions that met the conditions for accrual were not paid. I would like to inform you that this was not a one-off delay, but rather a situation in which we had no choice but to conclude that payment was not possible

4. TechFX

Problems confirmed by our company

  • I have lost contact with the person in charge (they are out of touch)
  • IB commission was not paid

It was a similar situation to VTMarkets, where IB commissions weren't paid, and it was impossible to contact the person in charge when trying to inquire about the situation. When the point of contact doesn't function, there's no way to resolve problems when they arise

Why does Money Charger (Manecha) share this information?

To be honest, it took courage to publish this article.
Since it names specific companies, there are risks for our company as well.
Nevertheless, there are reasons why we decided to publish it.

1. Because I am directly involved, I can write the truth

All the problems described here are things our company has actually experienced and documented. They are not rumors we've seen somewhere on the internet. "Promotional fees were not paid," "Customer referrals were removed," "Withdrawals were refused"—not many companies are in a position to write about these things as if they were directly involved. That's precisely why we felt it was important for us to write about it

2. Because I don't want any more people to go through the same thing

The problems we experienced can happen to any ordinary trader opening an account, or to anyone starting out as an IB (Introducing Broker). In particular, being cut off after a win and having expected rewards disappear are things that could have been avoided if we had known beforehand. Because we suffered the consequences ourselves, we wanted to tell anyone who might go down the same path to be careful

3. Because we want the right contractor to be chosen

There are many overseas forex brokers who keep their promises. If the dishonest practices of a few are overlooked, honest brokers will be viewed in the same light. I believe that being open about the facts will ultimately lead to an environment where "reputable brokers" are fairly evaluated

4. Because we want you to use the less visible aspects as criteria for making your choice

Overseas forex brokers are often chosen based on "visible aspects" such as promotions and leverage. However, what's truly important is the less glamorous but most crucial aspect: "Will you actually receive the money you're entitled to?" and "Will you be able to withdraw your winnings?" I hope this article will help you develop that perspective

Finally, let me be honest about our position

MoneyChat has partnered with over 22 companies, and we've seen these aspects firsthand through actual transactions. That's why we advance the cashback payments ourselves, making them available in as little as one minute, and we assume the risk of any problems with receiving the funds. We also evaluate our partners with this perspective on a daily basis
