Can I withdraw the $125 bonus?
The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. It is awarded as trading credit. However, profits earned from trading with the bonus can be withdrawn, but withdrawal requires at least 8 successful trades (each held for at least 2 minutes) and a total of at least 2 lots
Are there any conditions for transactions to be eligible for cashback?
This offer applies to trades using your own funds, and each trade must be held for a minimum of 30 seconds. Trades using bonus funds are not eligible. This is a separate condition from the profit withdrawal requirements (8 trades, each held for 2 minutes, total of 2 lots)
How is the "total of 2 lots or more" requirement for profit withdrawal calculated?
While general securities are added together as is, gold (mini) and crude oil are calculated at 1/10, and indices at 1/100. For example, 1 lot of an index is treated as 0.01 lots. To meet the withdrawal requirements, it is efficient to accumulate lot sizes through FX and precious metals
In what cases will I not receive the cashback?
If ① your account balance is less than $50 (verified at the time of calculation and payment), ② you have not made any deposits of your own funds, ③ you are trading only in ineligible securities, or ④ suspicious transactions such as hedging or market manipulation are detected, your cashback may be withheld or canceled
Under what circumstances can a bonus be cancelled?
Your bonus may be forfeited if: ① you deposit funds before meeting the requirements; ② you request a withdrawal without meeting the requirements; ③ your account reaches its limit; or ④ suspicious or fraudulent transactions are detected.
