Account Opening Procedure

Open MEXC via MoneyChat and click "Register Now"
Open the MEXC official page by clicking the "View MEXC official page" button on the MoneyChat MEXC page. On the screen that appears, click "Register Now"
You will not receive the cashback unless you go through this button. Please do not go directly to MEXC from bookmarks or search results
Enter your email address to register
Enter your email address/phone number in the designated field, agree to the terms of service, and click "Register"
The invitation code field is optional. If you use MoneyChat, the linking will be done automatically
Set a password
After entering the verification code you received, set a password and press "Confirm"
The requirements are: "10 to 128 characters," "at least one uppercase letter," "at least one lowercase letter," and "at least one number."
Start Know Your Customer (KYC) verification
Once registration is complete, you will see a message saying "Please complete KYC verification." Please press "Verify Now."
There is a limit to the amount you can withdraw unless you complete identity verification. It is best to complete it at this point
Select "Authenticate via the web"
Click "Verify via Web" in the "Beginner KYC Verification" section
If you have the MEXC app installed, you can also proceed by selecting "Authenticate with app"
Choose your country and type of identification document
Select Japan under "Country/Region," choose one document to submit, and press "Next."
You can choose from My Number Card / Passport / Driver's License / Residence Permit
Take a picture of the document and submit it
Take photos of both the front and back sides, then click "Submit for Review"
If the type of document you select does not match the document you actually photograph, your application will be rejected
Receive an email confirming your identity has been verified
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from MEXC with the subject line "[MEXC] KYC Verification Successful". If the email body states "Your identity verification is complete," then MEXC's process is finished
The time it takes for an email to arrive varies depending on the circumstances

Log in to your MoneyChat My Page
Once your account is opened, log in to your MoneyChat My Page
If you haven't yet registered for a free Manecha account, please complete your registration first
Select "Register Account" from the menu
Open the menu in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Register Account"
Enter your broker and account number on the account registration screen
On the account registration screen in My Page, select MEXC as the broker name and enter the trading account number you opened using half-width numerals
If you are using regular discretionary trading or your own Expert Advisor (EA), please select "Standard Account" as your account type
You will be eligible for the cashback after approval from the management
Once your application is approved, the cashback earned for each eligible transaction will be reflected in your MoneyChat My Page
Transactions that have not yet been approved may not be eligible for cashback. Please check that the status is "approved" before making a transaction

How to change MEXC linking
I will contact MEXC's customer support, provide them with my MoneyChat referral link, and request that they change the linking

- MEXC may not allow you to change the link of your existing account. If you are told that you cannot change it, please open a new account using the link above

What documents are required to open an account?
Generally, you will need to provide proof of identity (passport, driver's license, or My Number Card) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or resident registration certificate, issued within the last three months)
How long does it take to open an account?
The input process itself takes as little as 5 minutes, and the identity verification review is usually completed within one business day. The actual time required may vary depending on the service provider and the review status
I already have a MEXC account. Can I receive cashback?
Existing accounts are generally not eligible. Please check the "Already using MEXC" tab at the top to see how to switch or add an account
Can I open multiple accounts with MEXC?
The possibility and conditions for opening multiple accounts vary from broker to broker. If you plan to use an additional account, please check the process for receiving cashback through MoneyChat before proceeding
Does MEXC support auto-rebates?
No. MEXC does not currently support auto-rebates. To receive cashback, please register your account number on your MoneyChat My Page
