[Important] Regarding our year-end and New Year's holiday closure

Thank you for your continued patronage.
Please note that we will be closed for the New Year holidays during the following period.

■ Closure period and response

  • Friday, December 26th: Open as usual.
  • December 27th (Saturday): Inquiries will not be handled; only withdrawals will be processed (for requests made by 9 PM).
  • December 28th (Sun) - January 4th (Sun): Inquiries and withdrawals will not be processed.
  • Starting Monday, January 5th: Business will resume as usual.

*Regarding cashback:
While cashback will be reflected during the year-end and New Year period, except for the following companies, please note that withdrawals will not be possible.
