Part 1
Open a Monaxa account
First, you need to open a Monaxa account. Please follow the instructions below and open an account via the dedicated link provided by the button

Go to the Monaxa account creation page
First, click the button below to go to the Monaxa account creation page. When you open the link, the Monaxa registration form will be displayed
*Please note that if you register through a link other than the one provided by Moneycha, you will not be able to receive cashback from Moneycha

Enter your registration information
On the displayed registration form, enter the required information such as your email address, name, and phone number to register with Monaxa, in order from top to bottom
*The email address you register will be used to receive verification emails and log in to your My Page, so please be sure to enter an email address that you can access

Agree to the terms and tap "Continue"
Once you have finished entering your registration information, check the checkboxes to agree to each of the terms and conditions, and then tap the "Continue" button

I have completed the new account opening procedure
Once this screen appears, your Monaxa new account opening process is complete. Shortly after, you will receive an account opening notification and trading account information at your registered email address

Check your email from Monaxa
You will receive an account verification email from Monaxa to the email address you registered. Tap the link in the email to verify your account
*If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder

Confirmation of account creation completion
Once the Monaxa screen appears, your account creation is complete. Next, we will proceed to open a bonus account (FTD-Bonus account)
*To use bonuses with Monaxa, you need to open a bonus account (FTD-Bonus account). Bonuses cannot be used with other account types

Tap "Bonus" from the menu
After logging into My Page, tap "Bonus" from the menu to proceed to the bonus account opening screen

Tap "FTD Bonus Opt-in"
On the displayed screen, tap "FTD Bonus Opt-in" to begin the bonus account application process

Select any bonus
Please select your desired bonus from the displayed options

Select a platform and base currency
Select your trading platform (MT4/MT5) and base currency. Once you have finished entering the information, tap the "Submit" button
*If you don't have any particular preference, we recommend choosing the versatile "MT4" and "JPY"

Bonus account opening complete
Once this screen appears, your bonus account has been opened. Your account information will be sent to the email address you registered, so please check it

Get your account number and password
Once your trading account is opened, you will receive an email containing the necessary account information (account number and password). Please make a note of this information

Tap "Profile" from the menu
Next, you will obtain the 'Customer ID' required to register for a MoneyChat account. From the menu on My Page, tap "Profile" to open the profile screen

Check your Customer ID
The 'Customer ID' in your profile information is the number you need to register an account with Monaxa. Please make a note of the number displayed in the "Login" section. Congratulations, your Monaxa account opening is now complete
[Note] Entering your MT4/MT5 account number will not link your account, so please be sure to enter your 'Customer ID'

Register your account from your MoneyChat My Page (required)
If you forget this step, you will not receive the cashback. Be sure to apply from your MoneyChat My Page and confirm that the status has changed to "Approved" before trading

Log in to your MoneyChat My Page
Log in to the MoneyChat page from the login page

Select "Register Account" from the menu
Tap the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen to bring up a menu, then select "Register Account" from there

Select a broker and enter your account number
A menu like the one shown in the image will appear. Select "Monaxa" as the broker name, and enter the "Customer ID" you noted down in Part 1 as a single-byte numeral in the account number field. For account type, select "Regular Account" if you are doing regular discretionary trading or using your own EA
[Important] For Monaxa accounts, please enter your 'Customer ID' instead of your MT4/MT5 account number. Your MT4/MT5 account number will not work. While there is an option for a dedicated EA account for Monaxa, this is for applications made when using EAs within the Monaxa EA menu; please select 'Regular Account'
Step 4
Once approved, it's complete
Once you see this screen, your application is complete.
After submitting your application, if there are no problems with your application details, the status at the bottom of "Account Registration" will change to "Approved" within one business day.
Cashback on your transactions will be reflected from the time the status changes to "Approved".
