Part 1
Open an account with DecodeFX
First, you need to open a DecodeFX account. Please follow the instructions below and open an account via the dedicated link provided by the button

Go to the DecodeFX account creation page
First, click the button below to go to the DecodeFX account creation page. When you open the link, the DecodeFX registration form will be displayed
*Please note that if you register through a link other than the one provided by Moneycha, you will not be able to receive cashback from Moneycha

Enter your registration information
Enter the email address you want to use to register with DecodeFX in the displayed registration form. Once you have finished entering the information, proceed to the next step
*The email address you register will be used for logging in and receiving verification emails, so please be sure to enter an address that you can access

Set a password
Next, you will set a password to use for logging in. Set a secure password and proceed
*The password you set will be used to log in to your My Page, so please make sure to write it down so you don't forget it

Enter the verification code
A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered. Please enter that verification code on the screen
*If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder

Start entering personal information
Next, you will proceed to enter your personal information. Please follow the instructions on the screen to enter your information

Enter your basic personal information
Please enter your basic personal information, such as your name (in Roman letters) and date of birth, exactly as it appears on your identification document
*If your identification documents and entered information do not match, your application may not be approved during subsequent verification

Enter additional information such as your address
Next, please enter additional personal information such as your address (in Roman letters). Please enter it accurately in the following order: street number, city/ward/town/village, prefecture, and postal code

Submit your identification
We will now proceed with the identity verification process. Please take a photo of your identification document, such as your driver's license, passport, or My Number card, and submit it according to the instructions on the screen
*Please ensure that all four corners of the document are visible in the image and that the text is clearly legible when taking the photo

Submit proof of address
Next, you will need to submit proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, resident registration certificate, etc.). Please prepare and submit documents issued within the last three months

Responding to the economic situation questionnaire
Please answer the questionnaire regarding your financial situation. By selecting and answering items such as your annual income and investment experience, the profile verification process will be complete
*Verification can be completed in as little as one day. Once verification is complete, you will receive a notification to your registered email address. After that, please log in to your My Page and note down your account number. Congratulations, your DecodeFX account opening is now complete

Register your account from your MoneyChat My Page (required)
If you forget this step, you will not receive the cashback. Be sure to apply from your MoneyChat My Page and confirm that the status has changed to "Approved" before trading

Log in to your MoneyChat My Page
Log in to the MoneyChat page from the login page
Step 2
Select "Register Account" from the menu
Tap the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen to bring up a menu, then select "Register Account" from there
Step 3
Select a broker and enter your account number
A menu like the one shown in the image will appear. Select DecodeFX as the broker name and enter your account number using half-width numerals. For account type, select "Regular Account" if you are doing regular discretionary trading or using your own EA
While there is an option for a dedicated account for MoneyChat EAs, this is only for those who wish to use EAs within MoneyChat's EA menu, so please select "Regular Account"
Step 4
Once approved, it's complete
Once you see this screen, your application is complete.
After submitting your application, if there are no problems with your application details, the status at the bottom of "Account Registration" will change to "Approved" within one business day.
Cashback on your transactions will be reflected from the time the status changes to "Approved".
