Q. Can I link my existing account to MoneyChat as is?

It depends on the broker. Some brokers, like STARTRADER, allow you to change your Introducing Broker (IB) directly from your My Page, but many brokersdo not allow you to change the linked account with an existing account, and you will need to open a new additional account.

Q. How long does it take to change the linked accounts?

The processing time on the vendor's end is usually1 to 3 business days. After processing is complete, it will take approximately 1 business day for the registration application to be submitted from your MoneyChat My Page.

Q. Are transactions made before approval eligible for cashback?

No,only transactions made after the approval dateare eligible. Transactions made before approval are not eligible for cashback.

Q. What happens to my existing accounts if I open a new account?

Your existing account will remain open and you can trade as usual. However,trades made with your existing account are not eligible for cashback.
