Part 1

Open a Bitunix account

First, you need to open a Bitunix account. Please follow the instructions below and open an account via the dedicated link provided by the button

Go to the Bitunix account creation page

First, click the button below to go to the Bitunix account creation page. When you open the link, the Bitunix registration form will be displayed

*Please note that if you register through a link other than the one provided by Moneycha, you will not be able to receive cashback from Moneycha

Open a Bitunix account. Enter your email address and password

Step 2

Enter your registration information

Enter the email address and password you want to use to register with Bitunix into the displayed registration form. Once you have finished entering the information, tap the registration button

*The password must meet all of the following criteria: 8 characters or more / Include numbers / Include both uppercase and lowercase letters / Include symbols (e.g., @)

Open a Bitunix account and log in to your My Page using the verification email

Step 3

Log in to My Page from the verification email

You will receive an email from Bitunix at the email address you registered. Tap the button at the bottom of the email to log in to your My Page

*If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder

Open a Bitunix account and access the KYC verification menu on your My Page

Open the KYC verification menu

After logging into My Page, tap "KYC Authentication" in the left pane to begin the KYC process

The KYC authentication start screen will appear. Please review the information and proceed with the authentication process

Open a Bitunix account. Tap the Continue button to proceed

Tap "Continue" to proceed

On the next screen, tap the "Continue" button to proceed to the identity verification document submission process

Select the type of identification document you wish to submit and tap the "Continue" button to proceed

Please upload an image of your selected identification document

*Please ensure that all four corners of the document are visible in the image and that the text is clearly legible when taking the photo

Select your country of residence

A screen for selecting your country of residence will appear. Select your country of residence and tap the "Continue" button

Tap "Upgrade"

Tap the "Upgrade" button to proceed with submitting proof of residency

Tap "Continue"

On the next screen, tap the "Continue" button to proceed with the proof of residence application process

On the next screen, tap the "Continue" button to proceed to the screen for entering your residential information

Enter your residential information (address, etc.) into the displayed form and tap the "Continue" button to proceed

Upload proof of residence

Upload proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.) and tap the "Continue" button to complete the KYC process

*Please provide documents issued within the last three months

I received an email confirming that KYC verification was complete

KYC verification will be completed within a few business days. Once completed, you will receive a notification email from Bitunix to the email address you registered

To open a Bitunix account, tap the icon in the upper left corner of your My Page

Open account information from My Page

To register for a MoneyChat account, please check the UID required. Log in to My Page and tap the account icon in the upper left corner

To open a Bitunix account, copy and obtain the UID (account number)

Obtain your account number (UID)

The UID is displayed at the top of the page, so tap the clipboard icon to the right to copy the UID and save it. Congratulations, your Bitunix account opening is now complete

*This account number (UID) will be needed for registering your MoneyChat account in Part 2, so please make a note of it or take a screenshot

Part 2

Register your account from your MoneyChat My Page (required)

If you forget this step, you will not receive the cashback. Be sure to apply from your MoneyChat My Page and confirm that the status has changed to "Approved" before trading

Step 1

Log in to your MoneyChat My Page

Step 2

Select "Register Account" from the menu

Tap the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen to bring up a menu, then select "Register Account" from there

Select a broker and enter your account number

A menu like the one shown in the image will appear. Select Bitunix as the broker name and enter your account number using half-width numerals. For account type, select "Regular Account" if you are doing regular discretionary trading or using your own EA

While there is an option for a dedicated account for MoneyChat EAs, this is only for those who wish to use EAs within MoneyChat's EA menu, so please select "Regular Account"

Once your Bitunix account opening is approved, the process is complete

Step 4

Once approved, it's complete

Once you see this screen, your application is complete.
After submitting your application, if there are no problems with your application details, the status at the bottom of "Account Registration" will change to "Approved" within one business day.
Cashback on your transactions will be reflected from the time the status changes to "Approved".

[Caution] Cashback will not be provided if you trade using an account that has not been approved. Please be aware of this

How to change the linked information for existing account holders

If you already have an account with the broker in question, please contact the broker's official support and request a change in linking to MoneyChat. The procedure varies depending on the broker

Contact the broker's official support

Please contact support through the broker's official website, app, or My Page using one of the following methods:

Support chat(live chat)
Support ticket(help desk)
Email to customer support(sent from your registered email address)
Contact Form

* Contact information can be found on the broker's official website under "Support," "Inquiries," or "Contact."

STEP 2

Request to change the link

Example subject line: "Request for IB linking change"

What to tell support:

Your name (full name used when registering your account)
Trading account number(or UID)
Current IB (if known, IB code and contact person's name, etc.)
I would like to link Money Charger to my IB/Partner Link.
Reason for requesting a change

STEP 4

Waiting for a response from the broker

The broker's support team will review your request and contact you via email or ticket regarding whether the change is possible and what procedures are required. Processing may take several business days

Apply for account registration from your MoneyChat My Page

Receive notification from the broker that the linking process is complete
Log in to your MoneyChat My Page
"Account Management" tab → Select the name of the target broker
Enter your trading account number (or UID) → Click the "Add" button → Approval within 1 business day
