We have recently stopped handling new transactions with FX Fair

Considering the reports of delayed withdrawals to customers and delays in the payment of IB partner commissions to our company,

Effective August 21st, we will be temporarily suspending the cashback service for all customers via FXFair

For customers who used FXFair through MoneyCharger, cashback rewards for transactions made up to August 20th have been reflected in your MoneyCharger My Page

As mentioned above, our IB partner commissions have not been withdrawn since early August, but we will process the withdrawal of cashback amounts that have already been reflected in your My Page

Regarding cashback payments made after August 20th, we will reflect them in your account as soon as FXFair withdraws the IB commission

Even if a withdrawal has been made, we strongly recommend refraining from using FX Fair until we can confirm that the situation has improved
