We are currently experiencing a problem with the cashback being credited to some customers using Axi through MoneyCharger.
The cause is a data error that is being shared between Axi and our company, and we are currently urging Axi to resolve the issue.

Once the data is confirmed, we will credit the affected cashbacks all at once.

We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience and concern this has caused our customers.
