We will now answer the following two questions regarding our company

① Are our company and the securities companies listed on Money Charger the same entity?

We have no relationship whatsoever (including capital relationships and other resources) with the nine securities companies listed on Money Charger (including Gemforex and FX Fair, which are currently not listed), other than the IB agreement, and we hereby formally deny this

Our company operates a cashback website, and as Money Charger, we have entered into IB (Introducing Broker) agreements with securities companies. We use the IB commissions from these agreements as the source of funds to provide a cashback advance payment service

As stated above, we would like to reiterate that our company and the securities company have had, and will never have had, any relationship other than an IB (Introducing Broker) contract for the purpose of receiving cashback

Answer to the question "② Is there a high possibility of problems such as withdrawal delays?"

Our service utilizes IB (Introducing Broker) fees generated by securities companies to provide cashback, so the possibility of problems such as delayed withdrawals due to insufficient funds is extremely low. We hope you will use our service with confidence

As an exception, if the brokerage firm is late in paying the IB commission, Money Charger may restrict withdrawals until the deposit from the brokerage firm is confirmed

However, securities companies that experience problems such as delayed withdrawals will suspend new transactions or remove their listings, so we strongly recommend refraining from using their services until the situation has improved
