Can I receive cashback in currencies other than yen?
No, this is not possible.
Due to system configuration, payment cannot be made in currencies other than yen.
I have not received any notification of the completion of the cash-back account verification.
Depending on your e-mail, it is possible that you may not receive the completion e-mail.
If the status of your account is “Approved” in the list of registered accounts eligible for cashback in the “Account Management” section of your My Page, please be assured that your account has been approved as a cashback account.
Can I change the cashback rate by negotiating individually?
No, this is not possible.
We offer the same cashback rate to all customers.
However, we may offer special cashback rates during limited-time promotions.
At that time, the same cashback rates will be applied to all eligible customers who meet the requirements.
I do not understand what is meant by cashback rates.
Cashback rates will be in “pip” or “USD.”
Each of these means that a cashback will be given for the following transactions.
In the case of 1 pip: 1 pip cashback per round-trip transaction
In the case of 1 USD::1 USD cashback per every 100,000 currency transaction
Are cash-back accounts subject to the standard spread plus commissions?

MONEY CHARGER only partners with service providers that offer the same spreads as those offered in a regular account.
Is there any difference between a cashback account and a regular account?

MONEY CHARGER only works with service providers that will not put customers at a disadvantage.
My cashback has not been transferred.

Is there a fee for a cashback payment?
No, there is no fee.
There are no transaction charges.
*We will bear the handling charges that may arise from domestic bank transfers.
What is the minimum cashback payout amount?
The minimum is 1,000 yen or more.
When will the cashback be paid?
You can request a withdrawal at any time by going to your My Page and making a withdrawal request.
Under normal circumstances, we will transfer the funds within 1-3 business days of your request.
*If you are a first-time user, please register your payment information in “Account Information” on your My Page first.
When will the cashback amount be reflected in my account?
Data is reflected as soon as it is received from FX service providers, but the timing of data delivery receipt varies for each FX service provider.
Under normal circumstances, the amount will be reflected within a few hours after the transaction or within the next day of the transaction.
Please refer to the following for the timing of reflection for each FX service provider.
How can I confirm the amount of my cashback?
You can confirm this information on the dashboard of your My Page.
The Cashback tab on your My Page allows you to search for cashback statements and view a more detailed history.
If you have any questions or concerns about your transaction history, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
How long will the cashback take to take place?
The cashback will take place from the date the account eligible for cashback is verified.
The cashback has not yet taken place at the time of application for additional cashback-eligible accounts.
How can I receive cashback and in what currency?
Bank transfer (Japanese Yen) and USDT (ERC-20) are available.
*The account must be in your own name.

Are promotional special cashback rates for a limited time?
Yes, it will be for a limited time only.
The duration varies for each campaign but all campaigns will last at least one month at a minimum.
How is cashback possible?
We receive commissions from FX service providers based on each user’s trading volume.
It is a system whereby the majority of the cashback is paid out to the customer.

Yes, this is possible.

What is MONEY CHARGER?
MONEY CHARGER is a service that allows you to earn cashback just by trading foreign FX and automatically accumulate money based on the volume of your transactions.

Can I cancel or re-enroll in the service?
Yes, this is possible.
Upon your request, we will take the necessary steps to delete all your registered information and cancel your account.
Please note that once you cancel your account, you will be deemed to have forfeited any unpaid cashback balance.
Where do I register to receive my cashback payments?
Please register your payment information on the “Account Information” on your My Page.
Please note that if any information is not entered or is incorrect, we will not be able to make the transfer.
Please make sure to register the accurate information in advance.
Can I modify the registration information on my account?
Yes, this is possible.
Please register the information on the “Account Information” on your My Page.
If I open accounts with multiple foreign FX service providers, do I need to register multiple user accounts?
No, this is not required.
MONEY CHARGER allows you to receive cashback from multiple service providers with a single-user registration.
Can one person use multiple user accounts?
No, this is not permitted.
Only one account per person is permitted.
One user account can have multiple FX accounts at the same time, so those who are considering using multiple FX service providers or multiple accounts can rest assured that this is possible.
I registered as a user, but I did not receive an e-mail confirming my registration.
The e-mail may have been filtered to your spam inbox or blocked by the e-mail address you are using.
Please check your spam folder or try a different e-mail address. If you cannot find the e-mail, please contact us.
*Please use that for security reasons, we may be unable to send your iCloud e-mail address to you, so please use a different e-mail address.

What if I have reached the maximum number of FX accounts and cannot open additional accounts?
For FXGT, please request support to delete your existing account and then follow the procedure to open an additional account.
For is6FX, even if you already have the maximum number of accounts (5), you can open one additional account via the MONEY CHARGER URL. This is a special feature.
For GemForex and FXBeyond, please follow the new opening procedure with a different e-mail address than your existing account.
What should I do if I don’t know how to open an account or make deposits and withdrawals?
Please check with your FX service provider for contact information on the supported service provider page.
Where can I open a Forex account?
You must do so via the MONEY CHARGER designated account opening link.
The designated link can be found on the supported service provider details page.
Please note that cashback will not be paid from accounts opened through the non-designated link.
I already have a FX account. Do I need to open a new account?
Yes, you will need to open a new account with MONEY CHARGER.
